Welcome to our full body myofascial release workshop, where we dive deep into fascia release and massage. This workshop also comes with a eBook, that's available for download and can be used for additional reference. Please read the information in the eBook for useful information, proper alignment tips, critical warnings, and helpful hints. There are props used for this workshops: Foam Roller, Block, Massage Ball (tennis, or lacrosse), Small Bouncy Ball, and a Yoga Strap.
