About the event
One of the best combinations for recovery is massage and rest, and that's what we are going to do at our annual Rollga Roll & Restore Masterclass! Â
Rollga is one of the leading companies in providing foam rolling for deep facia release. Â Their innovative foam rollers create a system where you target the actual muscles and tissues instead of bones, making your experience not only better but safer as well. Â We are excited to teach you differnt methods of foam rolling with the Rollga. Â By massaging the facia and deep tissues of the body, we are preparing it for the exiting part coming next! Â Each participant will have the option to purchase their own roller to take home with them, or rent one from us. Â
Restorative Yoga is a passive practice of holding relaxing postures, supported with props, anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes. Â This creates an avenue for the body & mind to rest, repair, and restore. Â Paired with your restorative practice, we will be providing a 30 minute sound bath to deepen your relaxation. Â
Join us as we develop skills of self-awareness, stress-release, and self-care through this unique experience of Foam Rolling and Restorative Yoga. Â
Note for participants: Â We will provide all props, but you can most definitely bring your own if you want!
