Core Connex Teacher Training Pilot

Core Connex is an amazing program that teaches and promotes core integration while moving.  Not only does Core Connex help up tap into our core while we're working out, practicing on our yoga mats, or bustin our moves on the dance floor, it creates a solid foundation to build healthy habits from.   As we grew into what it means to be an instructor in the health and wellness world, we realized not all instructors were taught these important details in our basic trainings.  Neither of us were!  And while not have core awareness while teaching classes doesn't make us bad instructors, we certainly could have helped not only ourselves but others optimize their time under our guidance.  We both realized, the more we learned and applied Core Connex, we experienced a vast amount of benefits both in mind and of body.
