Happy Day 2 everyone! Have you done your 15s plank yet??? There's still time to get it done.


I taught diaphragmatic breathing in plank in my class today & everyone's planks looked so sharp. I'm a big believer of creating a 🧠-body connection in any exercise movement & diaphragmatic breathing is 🤌🏽🤌🏽🤌🏽.
