If you’re interested in learning more about your core but don’t know where to start, this is the course for you! Join us as we cover 6 fundamental exercises that will help you locate, stabilize, and strengthen your core. Not only do these exercises challenge the core, but they integrate movements that mimic daily life, setting you up for success. Each exercise is broken down into mini videos for easy learning. Movements are built progressively to ensure you feel confident and safe. No previous experience is required. Minimal props needed and can be substituted with items lying around the house. Course includes: - Lifetime access to over 25 videos specifically targeted on the Core. - Private online support group *If you have recently had surgery or are pregnant or just gave birth, clearance from medical doctor and/or medical professional is recommended before starting this program.
