Our small group fitness classes blend personalized attention with community energy. Whether you’re new to movement or ready to level up, you’ll get expert coaching, motivation, and support in a fun, empowering environment. Learn, grow, and get stronger—together.

Upper Body Mondays

Mondays 1:00-1:45PM

Our small group upper body sessions focus on building strength, stability, and confidence. With expert guidance and a supportive group setting, you’ll move through targeted exercises using dumbbells, bands, and bodyweight to tone and strengthen arms, shoulders, chest, and back

Lower Body Wednesdays

Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm

Our small group lower body sessions are all about power, balance, and sculpting strong legs and glutes. You’ll work through guided exercises like squats, lunges, and hip-focused moves using bands, weights, and bodyweight—building strength and stability in a motivating, supportive environment.

Full Body Fridays

Fridays 1:00-1:45pm

Full Body Fridays are your energizing end-of-week reset! These small group sessions blend strength, cardio, and core work into one powerful workout. Expect a fun, full-body challenge that boosts endurance, builds muscle, and leaves you feeling strong, accomplished, and ready for the weekend.
