Love For All - 20min Cardio +Core HIIT

Equipment:

  • Light/Med Weights

  • Step, Bench, or Stool

Goal: Improve cardiovascular endurance and build strength with explosive movements.

Instructions: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds of work, followed by 15 seconds of rest.

Complete 3–4 rounds, resting for 1 minute between rounds.

Exercises:

1. Dumbbell Snatch

2. Dumbbell Thrusters

3. Burpees

4. Dumbbell Step-ups

5. Mountain X Climbers
