Cardio Core HIIT

Equipment: Mat & Bench (or chair or step)
Goal: Improve cardio endurance and strengthen the core.
Instructions: Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work, followed by 20 seconds of rest.
Complete 4 rounds with a 1-minute rest between rounds.
Exercises:
1. Jacks
2. Box Jumps (or Step-ups)
3. Side-to-Side Plank Tap Outs
4. Single Leg Glute Bridge
5. Bear Knee Tap
