The glute bridge is a foundational move that strengthens your glutes, hamstrings, and core. Lying on your back with knees bent, you lift your hips by pressing through your heels and engaging your glutes—not your lower back. When done with intention, it deepens your core connection by activating your pelvic floor and lower abdominals, helping you stabilize from the center and build strength from the ground up.
