Full Body Warm Up Flow
Purpose: To prepare the fascia, joints, and muscles for movement by increasing circulation and awareness.
Sequence: Breath Connection, Upper Back Roll, Glute Release, Quadriceps Sweep, Calf Roll, Finish with Standing Reach
Full Body Cool Down Flow
Purpose: Relax the nervous system and help the body integrate movement and release.
Sequence: Lower Back, Hamstrings, Claves & Feet, Shoulders, Supported Neck Stretch
Stress Release Flow
Purpose: Reduce stored tension from daily stress and restore ease in high-holding areas.
Sequence: Hips, Inner Thighs, Shoulders, Chest Opener, Neck Roll
Option to add on: Psoas, Pec & Deltoids, Seated Neck Stretch
Gentle Release Flow
Purpose: Calm the nervous system and support recovery — perfect for rest days or evening routines.
Sequence: Foot Massage , Glute & Hip Release , Low Back Support , Mid-Back Roll , Neck & Head Rest
Optional Add-Ons: Side Body Release, Pigeon or Supine Figure 4, Chest Opener Stretch
